Well, this is something that Google doesn’t have yet – a plugin set that leverages it’s tools. Yahoo Shortcuts is a plugin that will allow you to import all manner of Yahoo content. Personally, I think the only ones that would be useful are Flickr and News, but that is just me.
In reality when you use this, all it does is scan your post for content to include – so essentially you are giving away add space for free most of the time.
