Well, I hope I don’t jinx myself, but this week, things seem to be taking off for me. I don’t know where to, but we’ll have to see… just like you can never really tell where these birds are going to land.
This is the first time I really shot in Tv (Aperture) mode for any particular reason – figuring that I wanted a shallow DOF, and as fast a shutter as possible and it seems that was a very good combination as I managed to get a few very decent BIF shots. The wing tips were a little blurred, but I can live with that – cloudy, shallow DOF and the rest could come up as excuses. But regardless I’m happy.
hmm… I’m also noticing that all my wildlife shots on this lens are at 200mm… maybe that is telling me something…
