This is certainly the most unique feature of the Disney Parks. The Dragon (Malificent?) that is chained up beneath Sleeping Beauty’s is an amazing anamatronic. It moves, it breathes and awakens every now and again. It’s easiest to shoot when it’s still as it is so dark as to require very fast glass (or flash, as the great majority of P&Sers were using) to capture in motion. I tried to get a shot with its eye’s open, but it was usually moving then, so they didn’t come out sharp. With the flash, you lose all the ambiance of the location, so if you ever get a chance to go and want a picture of your own, be sure to turn the flash off.
