Pic of the Week – Warming Life

As promised, this is the first of a theme that will carry through for the first few weeks of this year. This was shot with available light – and if your monitor is doing it justice, you should see an orange/yellow in the bottom left corner and toward the top a nice blue. When I saw this on the wall, I knew I had to try to capture it. It also struck me that the leaves on the top look a bit like a bird.
