Online Photo Editors

If you are looking for ways to edit photos on the fly and are on a system that doesn’t have any software, check these out, with a brief pro or con:

  • Picnik – full screen, no ads (yet), flickr and Yahoo images support
  • Snipshot – robust feature set, includes support for images up to 10MB, non distructive
  • Pixenate – installable to own server, flickr support
  • Creating Online – very ad heavy front end, clunky editor
  • myImager – limited uploads (500KB)
  • Phixr – support for a large number of online galleries, OCR
  • Gifworks – create animated gifs
  • Fauxto – very robust tools almost desktop like
  • Picture2Life – clunky interface
  • Preloadr – very nice flickr integration
