I wrote about two years ago (let’s see if related posts can find it) that the last election would impact us all. This is especially true this year. Even though the worlds can’t vote on the US election, it’s outcome will change the course of an influential power. If there is a federal election, we could see Harper’s puppet Republican… sorry Con-serve-ative government fall if Center and Liberal voters turn out. But as of 4:00 today, Alberta is 28 days away from an election. Albertans now have a chance to get rid of the Conservatives that have rode the province with little or no vision over the last decade. The problem? Well, the parties that are not on the Right, refuse to collaborate…
Ideally we will see Liberals and NDP candidates work together where their combined vote would defeat the Torry candidate. Though, I don’t think this will happen, it would certainly be the way to go. But if there is not move to do this by the candidates or the parties, we the voters should do this. If in your circle of friends have more of one party or the other in your riding, vote that majority – Liberal or NDP. IF we do this, we might finally change this government – this election will affect all of us.
