Crackberry fixes

I’m not that pleased that RIM knows about the trackball issue with the black Pearls, but I seem to have come across a method of fixing the trackball. It’s not a software update as the tech group at Rogers suggested, it’s a mechanical fix and it’s pretty simple. Take the battery out and then while pushing down on the trackball, scroll it in the direction that isn’t working and after about a minute of firmly pressed and rolling, put the battery back in and see if you can’t scroll again. I figured that it was a mechanical issue now as the clicking sound has returned when I’m scrolling up on my device.
