Another Mac POC “Virus”

Well it seems that it’s been a really slow day out there and someone has dug out another proof of concept “virus” for the OSX. C|Net posted about it, but you can go to the source (geek) to get all the details. Basically if you have a bad disk image, then it’s possible for something bad to happen IF you have a local account (basically it’s another honor system virus – Secunia says that it’s patched and can be avoided by not opening safe files after downloading… something that should be the norm anyway). So there isn’t much to see here (C|Net’s off again), move along.
