If you are getting frustrated at not being able to take your favorite YouTube videos offline, take a look at Zamzar. It’s free, you have to agree to terms of service that are much like YouTube/Google Video’s and while they agree that they won’t sell your email, your address (mail and IP) may be used for tracking usage. It’s a bit flacky in my trials, but it could be really useful, especially if you combine it with something like Cuts.
