Follow those with little else

It’s been a busy day workwise, so little time to read stuff around and online, but I did find these resources when I was looking up the differences between the Nokia E62 and the Blackberry Pearl in terms of Mac support… and it seems that both are about the same – between nothing and not a lot more. The first is a report (background) from the Economist (from July) that talks about how the mobile phone is the device with the most potential (I think I’ve mentioned this before) to bridge the digital divide – as long as taxes don’t carry the day. The second is the Mobile Web Initiative from W3C. They are talking about this technology being disruptive (in a positive sense) and are having a conference in Bangalore India to talk about the mobile web in developing countries. If we are to take eLearning anywhere, this is the route that it must take.
