Lenovo is now recalling batteries. Sony really buy luck these days. I was wondering how long this would take after seeing the charred hulk online. lenvono was saying for a while that it’s battery technology uses lower voltage and is thusly immune to this sort of thing, but I guess not.
Something tells me that people are going to start looking again at Li-ion batteries and perhaps favouring NiMH batteries instead for consumer electronics.
