10 ways to better blogging

There are loads of these resources online, but here is another. To me, points 6 and 8 are important, but point 6 is one that is reliant on others and point 8 is reliant on point 6.

The best thing about blogging is that you can interact with people in your somewhat open echo chamber. This can really help you generate ideas and vindicate opinons. But the problem is that for many blogs, there are so few comments that the interactivity is a mute point. The second point is to keep things short – just like in email. This helps to improve writing and encourage discussion, but (at least for me) it doesn’t always work (hence I’m EDITing in the Dark).
