Well, this is not really edited at all and pretty much right off the brain, but it’s at the point that I would like to be able to pass it around before polishing it up to be included as part of my PhD application. I’ll be sending out to those who I’ve talked to over email and face to face, but this is for everyone else.

Wow, congratulations – this looks pretty damned impressive for just being part of the application process! I’m applying to a doctoral program as well (Ed.D.); it’s good to know we’ll be jumping thru similar hoops at the same time. We should compare notes throughout the process (which I’m sure we’ll both do via our respective blogs).

Thanks, I might be overkilling it, but I want to make sure that I’ve got enough to show that I’m serious and capable. The challenge now seems to be finding a supervisor as it seems as this idea has developed, some parts that seemed obvious fits with other research are no longer so. Even if I don’t get in this time, I’m going to finish this paper and then try again elsewhere. If I don’t I know what will happen right?
